We strive to provide our customers with a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience when booking with us. Please carefully review the following cancellation and refund policy, as it outlines the terms and conditions that apply to your booking:
1. Cancellation policy:
1.1. 15 days before the date of travel: 20% of the total cost as cancellation fee
1.2. 14 to 5 days before the date of travel: 50% of the total cost as cancellation fee
1.3. 4 to 0 days before the date of travel: 100% of the total cost as cancellation fee
1.4. In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. In case of cancellation, the applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 working days.
2.2. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
