Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Triporium, we understand that travel plans may need to change for various reasons. We strive to provide our customers with a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience when booking with us. Please carefully review the following cancellation and refund policy, as it outlines the terms and conditions that apply to your booking:





1. Cancellation policy:

1.1. 15 days before the date of travel: 20% of the total cost as cancellation fee

1.2. 14 to 5 days before the date of travel: 50% of the total cost as cancellation fee

1.3. 4 to 0 days before the date of travel: 100% of the total cost as cancellation fee

1.4. In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted





2. Refund Policy:

2.1. In case of cancellation, the applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 working days.

2.2. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.





3. Special Terms– Some Cancellation and Refund Policies are out of our tender:
3.1. Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
 
3.2. Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
 
3.3. Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy




4. Itinerary changes and cancellations:
4.1. The agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies.
 
4.2. In the event of a change to the itinerary or cancellation, the agency will work with the customer to find suitable alternatives or issue refunds as applicable.




5. Governing law:

5.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the agency is based, and any disputes or claims arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By booking with our agency, customers agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood them in full.
